Eastern White Pine Pinus strobus is a species of pine Pinus native to eastern North America, from southeastern Canada south to the southern Appalachians.

It is a large evergreen coniferous tree growing to 30-45 m tall, rarely 60 m.

It is extensively cultivated as a timber tree, an ornamental tree, and for christmas trees, in eastern North America.
