Purpose
Isolation from roots
Ingredients

| Rifampicin | 100 ul | 300 ul | 400 ul | 800 ul |
| Ampicillin | 0.25 g | 0.75 g | 1 g | 2 g |
| Danitol | 100 ul | 300 ul | 400 ul | 800 ul |
Instructions
- Cool Agar to 50°C
- Dissolve Rifampicin in DMSO
- Mix all ingredients together.
