Purpose
Ingredients

| DI water | 400 ml | |
| NaNO3 | 2 g | |
| KCl | 0.5 g | |
| MgSO4 - 7H2O | 0.5 g | |
| FeSO4 | 0.015 g | |
| Part 2 | ||
| DI water | 500 ml | |
| Polygalacturonic acid | 5 g | |
| agar | 15 g | |
Instructions
- Dissolve the ingredients in part 1 in the 400 ml DI water
- Dissolve the ingredients in part 2 in the 500 ml boiling DI water.
- Mix the two solutions and adjust pH to 5.0 with 1 M NaOH.
- Autoclave combined solution
- Autoclave separately 100 ml DI. Water + 1.0 ml tergitol NPX.
- Cool to 50oC, then combine and add: Streptomycin sulfate 200mg
