Usage
The template should only be placed on pages that exist in more than one state, and it should be placed in the same location on each state page.
The General version of a page is always the main version, with all other states as sub-pages, named using the state's name
For example, on the Lymantria dispar page, you would include the text {{States}}, both on Lymantria dispar itself, and on each of its state sub-pages (i.e. Lymantria dispar/Ohio, Lymantria dispar/Tennessee. The template automatically creates links to any state sub-pages that exist and ignores non-existant states.
