Purpose
Stimulate sporulation of Phytophthora cactorum on ginseng.
Ingredients
- Affected stem, leaf and leaf tissue or root tissue
- Sterile distilled water
Instructions
- Place pieces of affected stem and leaf tissue (or root tissue) in sterile distilled water for 24 hours under light.
- Look for oospores.
