Purpose
Used for plating bacteria for plate counts.
Ingredients
| Ingredient | 1 L |

| Distilled water | 1000 ml |
| Bacto tryptone | 5 g |
| Bacto yeast extract | 2.5 g |
| Bacto dextrose (glucose) | 1 g |
| Bacto agar | 15 g |
Instructions
- Heat to boiling to disolve completely.
- Autoclave
