Purpose
This modified stock solution is used to make a modification of the Cornmeal PPP Medium.
Ingredients
| Ingredient | 500 ml |
|---|---|
| Sterile Distilled Water | 500 ml |
| Pimaricin Na-Salt | 1 g |
| Penicillin G Na-Salt | 0.25 g |
| Polymyxin B Sulfate | 0.25 g |
| Pimaricin | 0.7 g |
