Purpose
Ingredients

| Corn meal agar | 17 g | 8.5 g |
Instructions
- Add mefenoxam aseptically with pipette to make the following concentrations:
Mefenoxam (Ridomil) 47.6%
100 ppm ...........................................................................210.0 μl ..........105.0 μl
50 ppm .............................................................................105.0 μl ............52.5 μl
25 ppm ...............................................................................52.5 μl ............27.0 μl
or
(Mefenoxam (Subdue) 21.3%)
(100 ppm)....................................................................... (470.0 μl)....... (235.0 μl)
(50 ppm)......................................................................... (235.0 μl)....... (117.5 μl)
(25 ppm)......................................................................... (117.5 μl)......... (59.0 μl)
2. Autoclave for 20 minutes.
Notes
- Mefenoxam is viscous and difficult to pipette; pipette slowly.
