Purpose
Used to induce sporangial formation of Phytophthora.
Ingredients
Macrosalts (Actual Concentration)

| MgSO4•7H2O | 0.002 M |
Microsalts Stock -- 1ml/L

| KOH | 15 g |
| FeSO4•7H2O | 24.9 g |
| CuSO4•5H2O | 0.08 g |
| (NH4)6MO7O24•4H2O | 0.2 g |
Instructions
- Grow culture on V-8 juice agar.
- Transfer mycelial disks to this medium for 24 hours, then check for sporulation.
