Adding presentations from Bugwood Presents
This command is a custom extension of MediaWiki that will talk to our video database and retrieve the presentation and the presentation citation and display it at the size you indicate. The full command to insert a presentation for Bugwood Presents is:
<bpresents>IMAGE NUMBER|SIZE|ALIGNMENT|CAPTION</bpresents>
Pipes (vertical lines) are used to separate the options when they are used. The options are:
- PRESENTATION NUMBER
- This is the 8-digit number given to the image in Bugwood Presents. It is on the presentation detail page, search pages, and anywhere else you find the presentation.
- SIZE
- Your choices for this are S, M, or L. Intuitively, these stand for Small, Medium, and Large. The Small presentation is 192x128, the Medium is 384x256, and the Large is 768x512. When nothing is entered, the default is S.
- ALIGNMENT
- This is the horizontal alignment of the presentation. The choices are right or left. The default is right.
- CAPTION
- This is whatever text you would like to be displayed below the presentation. The presentation citation is automatically displayed. The caption text you enter will appear below the presentation but above the citation.
The options can be given in any order. If a given option does not match any of the other possibilities, it is assumed to be the caption text. Caption text can contain wiki links or other formatting.
