Help:Citations

From Bugwoodwiki

The articles in the BugwoodWiki as well as all of the images from BugwoodIDS are the result of many people working together to produce an academic quality resource. Throughout the entire process, we try to give credit where credit is due! All articles carry an author line to give credit to those who have collaborated in the writing of the article. If an article is used in its entirety, the citations for the images and the article are already in place! It should be "Cut-and-paste easy" to use the article in your project. We recommend reading over our section on "How to export BugwoodWiki articles".

If you wish to only use portions of an article, make sure the original authors are cited and any images used also retain their citations. If you wish to use an image from an article in another publication, you can click on the image to see the detailed information about that image and access the Light Box which is used to batch download images and request permission if necessary. This detail page will also contain the prefered image citation.

All of the articles and images on this site are freely available for non-profit, educational use as long as the works are properly cited. If you wish to use a work for commercial use, please see our instructions on requesting permission.
