Deodar Cedar Cedrus deodara is a species of cedar Cedrus native to the western Himalaya.
It is a large evergreen coniferous tree growing to 30-60 m tall.
It is extensively grown as an ornamental tree, and occasionally for christmas trees, in warm temperate regions throughout the world.
