Actidione malt agar

Purpose
Used for isolation of Verticicladiella.
Ingredients

| H2O | 1 L | |
| NaCl | 75 g | |
| Malt extract | 20 g* | |
| Agar | 15 g | |
| Part 2 | ||
| cycloheximide (=acti-dione) | 500 mg | |
| Conc. lactic acid | 1 ml | |
Instructions
- Autoclave ingredients from part 1 and cool to 50-55°C.
- After cooling, add ingredients from part 2.
Notes
- * 20 g malt extract agar may be substituted for malt extract and agar.
