Purpose

A clear agar suitable for production of oospores of Phytophthora species.

Ingredients

Ingredient
dH2O	1 L
Rape seed	100 g
agar	20 g

Instructions

1. Wash seed thoroughly in water and boil in 1 L of distilled water for 30 min.
2. Filter extract through cotton, then adjust to original volume.
3. Adjust pH to 7.0.
