Purpose
To induce fruiting of Rhizoctonia
Ingredients
| Ingredient | 1 L |
|---|---|
| distilled water | 1 L |
| dextrose | 20 g |
| potatoes | 250 g |
| Marmite yeast extract* | 1 g |
| agar | 20 g |

Instructions
- Steep potatoes in 1 L water for 1 hour at 60°C.
- Add other ingredients to water in which potatoes were steeped and autoclave for 15 minutes at 15 lb. pressure.
Notes
- Fruiting of Rhizoctonia is obtained by transferring 2-3 day old PMA blocks to the edge of 2% water agar plates. Keep at room temperature in diffuse light.
