Purpose
For cultivating Xanthomonas and Agrobacterium.
Ingredients

| MgSO4-7H2O (magnesium sulfate) | 900 mg | 300 mg | 150 mg |
| NH4Cl (ammonium chloride) | 3 g | 1 g | 0.5 g |
| K2HPO4 (potassium phosphate-monobasic) | 9 g | 3 g | 1.5 g |
| NaH2PO4 (sodium phosphate-monobasic) | 3 g | 1 g | 0.5 g |
| Cellobiose | 30 g | 10 g | 5 g |
| Agar | 45 g | 15 g | 7.5 g |
Instructions
- Dissolve all the ingredients in the water except for the agar.
- Add agar and autoclave.
