Purpose

For culturing of Agrobacterium.

Ingredients

Ca(NO3)2 - 4H2O	10 mg	20 mg	40 mg	60 mg	120 mg
MgSO4 - 7H2O	100 mg	200 mg	400 mg	600 mg	1.2 g
K2HPO4	1 g	2 g	4 g	6 g	12 g
NaNO3	2.5 g	5 g	10 g	15 g	30 g
LiCl	3 g	6 g	12 g	18 g	36 g
Mannitol	7.5 g	15 g	30 g	45 g	90 g
Bromthymol blue	50 mg	100 mg	200 mg	300 mg	600 mg
Agar	7.5 g	15 g	30 g	45 g	90 g

Instructions

1. Dissolve all ingredients in the water except for the agar.
2. Add agar and autoclave.
