Purpose

For inducing sporulation of Phytophthora parasitica after growth on potato dextrose broth. Valuable in eliminating toxic ions as well as adding unknown stimulatory substances.

Ingredients

Ingredient
Tap water	1 L
Charcoal	20 g

Instructions

1. Filter after 1 hour and then autoclave.

Notes

• Couch used 1 level teaspoon of charcoal/liter.
