Purpose
For Macrophomina isolation

|
Instructions
- Mix ingredients from part 1 and autoclave for 15 minutes.
- Strain through a cheesecloth.
- Bring liquid up to 1 L and add 15 g agar, autoclave.
- Cool agar to 45°C and add ingredients from part 2.
