Purpose

- 100 g soil
- 20 ml extract
- 0.1 M Tricine buffer pH 11.2

Instructions
- Blend soil and extract for 20 seconds, 3 times.
- Centrifuge at 3000 G in Sorval SS-1 at room temp. for 20 minutes.
- Dilute 1:10 with Tricine buffer.
- Check if pH is between 7 and 8
- Place samples in freezer
- Lubrol dissolve 0.5 g in 34 ml sterile H2O by warming hold at 35°C
